Our process is streamlined to make it easy for you to submit your music to us for a professional mix (and master).

Q: How long does it take you to complete a mix?
On average, it usually takes around 1-2 days. If you add the "24 Hour Delivery" option, I'll get it done within a day.
Q: Do you offer mastering?
Yes! We offer mastering with every mix. Just select it as an addon.
Q: What if I need a change or revision?
When I send over a mix version, you can let me know via email (or phone call/video call) if you need anything changed. I'll take care of it from that point.
Q: What if I don't like the mix?
Our number 1 priority is to make sure that you as an artist gets the sound you are looking for. In the event that you do not like your mix/master, we will work to make sure your needs are met. If you are still not satisfied you will be entitled to either a partial or full refund. This is a case by case basis.
